Hello guys, I recently upgraded my hardware and for some reason I'm experiencing some minor-freezes when I alt-tab screens, when I load stuff. Especially while gaming, even more so while streaming, my ping seems to go unstable but that probably due to bad ISP.

my pc;
i7-3770k @ 4.4ghz
palit jetstream gtx 970 @ not OC'ed.
8gb ram 1600mhz
asus z77m pro

I think it has gotten worse in the last days and I'm really considering downgrading back to Windows 7, hoping to get more stability.
I mean, this build shouldn't really have any issues whatsoever!

It seems like there's more RAM usage than should be, cpu usage is fine though.

In windows 10 I turned most of the features off.

What could it be ?

Well you need use some common sense..
DONT just test with one game.. how do you know it not just an issue with that game? rather than your PC?
You could try previous version of drivers (REAL prev version - may be not just prev "game ready" version).
Seems to be you not really thinking this through and being methodical...
Or may be you just need remove the "geek" Avatar and go back to Win 7 ;) (at least until Win 10 more mature and all games/drivers have been through a few more iterations).
Cheers
You not really given us much to go on.. no hard numbers.. just subjective things that don't seem to be working as well as you think they should.
What I can say - is I have WIn 10 and GTX 970.. have no such issues..
Presume you upgraded and kept all data/settings? did not did clean install? so go through.. check drivers.. do clean install of your graphics drivers.. etc etc..
Cheers

I'm sorry to miss information.

I had a clean installation of Windows 10.
I got the latest nVidia drivers, I try disabling their streamer service and unnecessary stuff.. I don't know what else to do.
Cpu usage doesn't seem to be concerning while the fps drops/glitches/freezes happen... the RAM gets bit high (about 70-80%).

My game for testing is World Of Tanks which is mostly cpu heavy, I use ultra settings, I should be having 61fps stable easily (vsync on) but it seems to drop sometimes and people having even worse gpu and about the same cpu are having better results while even streaming.
