I am trying to re install win 10 on a Toshiba C40-C notebook. It was running OK with win 10, I just had to clear it for change of ownership.
I first tried windows reset routine but came up with an error that I don't recall.
I then tried a clean install from a boot USB. It goes OK up to the juggling balls then stops with a blank screen.
I have set the BIOS to master/user and set PW for both; turned off safe boot as well.
Any ideas where to go next?
