Win 10 not playing videos properly

Hi,
I have two PCs running Win 10.
The problem is, one plays videos OK.
But the other plays them stilted and the soundtrack is stilted.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Wait another few weeks and you can put the whql version of windows 10 on your pcs.

Some specs on both of these systems would be nice. Also, what build of Windows 10 is each one running? If you aren't on 10162 on each, have you tried upgrading?

I am running build 10162 on both computers,
The computer is a Fisio A89C,
1.66 Gz CPU
1 Gb RAM

The one you posted above is REALLY low end... not surprised it's having issues. That thing barely meets the minimum requirements for Windows 10 (and that's being generous). What about the other system?

The other is my main one, Asus F550C Notebook

That one is still on the low end side, but definitely meets the minimum requirements for 10 and should handle video playback without any issues. That other netbook on the other hand... time for a new system entirely. Adding RAM to it MIGHT help, but you may end up wasting your money there by band-aid'ing a severed limb.
