offline games not freeze.. i think that is problem of windows 10.. correctly ?
do you know something about online games and win 10 ?

Solution
Having zero issues here with online games or anything related to win 10. I suggest the following:
1. Turn on all attached devices like cameras, printers, scanners, and whatever. Also attach and controllers, headsets and similar things. Reboot with everything turned on and attached. This will let windows discover everything you have and check drivers.
2. Make sure windows is 100% updated via windows update. Reboot after each one.
3. Update the drivers for all your devices by going to the manufacturers site, do not use any software that says it will update things for you. Reboot after each one.
4. Check device manager for any devices that have a "?" or a "!" next to them. Resolve any issues if there are any.
Depending on what games are...

Depending on what games are freezing there may be additional settings to adjust. Can you list the troubled games and your system specs? How do you connect to the games and internet and what bandwidth is your ISP providing? Do you have a router and modem, are you using a wireless connection? If so have you tried to play wired and see if it makes a difference. What other software is running in the background during play? Do you overclock? Please read (http://www.slate.com/articles/technology/bitwise/2015/08/windows_10_privacy_problems_here_s_how_bad_they_are_and_how_to_plug_them.2.html) and decide if you can shut off some of the windows features that are using you connection bandwidth. So for starters get back with the replies to these few questions. :)
