Question win 10 Recovery fail

Trying to do a full win 10 recovery from a recovery USB but it make it just over 50% and fail, it said no charges was made but it won't boot to windows, itwill boot to the recovery USB, is there a way to force it to do a full recovery?

How recently was the recovery USB created using the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool? Are you trying to access your data on the drive or just trying reset entirely? If you don’t need any of the data, I’d suggest trying a clean install of Windows 10. That way, the drive will be wiped entirely and should not cause any problems unless there is a hardware failure.
