Win 10 restore point issue

hello, i have SSD as my boot drive, and backup copy of it on HDD, i would like to turn off system restore points PERMANENTLY, but im having issue with it, when i go to system restore point and disable it for my OS drive (ssd) and restart / turn on my pc, when i check again, its turned on automaticly again -.- is there a way to turn this thing off for real?? i dont want it to write any restore points to my SSD drive. its useless to me, and it wear it down.

i wonder did u even carefully read issue i wrote. i watched that video, even commented on it, its probably top comment now. problem with this is, it auto enable restore point next time i turn my pc on.
