Win 10 reversion

When I reverted back to Win 7 from Win 10 my computer rebooted to Win 7. The problem is there is no input available from the keyboard or mouse. Two local tecs say this is a common problem but no one can tell me how to get back the keyboard or mouse. I cannot believe there isn't a fix out there somewhere if this is a common problem. The support tec from m/s was a nice lady but was no help.

By chance, did you try booting the system with no keyboard/mouse attached. Once fully started, then connect the "new" devices to see if they are re-discovered.
