WIN 10 startup error (cm_libraryio - osconflib.dll)

Hi everyone.
I have one weird problem and i was not able to find anything about it on google so i hope somebody here will be able to help me somehow. Thank you.

Few days ago, i started having error window everytime i turn on my PC after WIN 10 loads. It happened i guess randomly i don't recall installing anything in that time or doing any changes to anything so i don't know what it is.
Even google didn't fing anything.

Here are my PC specs if its somehow relevant:
CPU: Intel Xeon 1231v3
GPU: MSI Nvidia GTX 970
MB: Gigabyte H97-D3H
CASE: Fractal Define R5
RAM: Crucial 16 GB
PSU: Seasonic M12ii-620 EVO
SSD: Crucial MX100 256 GB (SYSTEM AND PAGEFILE IS HERE)
HDD: WD Blue 1 TB
MONITOR: Samsung S24D390HL
OS: WIN 10 Profesional 64 bit

its an audio driver for Win 7: PROGFILES64%\ASUS Phoebus Audio Sound Card\CPL\Driver\x64\vista

Why do you have an Asus driver? Did you have a Xonar sound card? Removing the driver would fix problem.

Isn't the site in your link one of the hundreds of scam sites that shows random things about whatever you type in the google so the site gets many views etc?
I have windows 10, i did clean install and i don't have any ASUS drivers installed. I have integrated sound card which is part of the motherboard from Gigabyte.
