I've got two monitors hooked up to my pc a philips 4k tv and a LG tv both have the resolution set to 1080p (the problem still occurs if i switch the philips to 4k the LG only does 1080p) the philips tv is on my 3gb 1060 the LG is on the motherboard integrated video card. I upgraded my windows to 10 today i had win7 before the problem was already present at win7. When i changed to win 10 i did a clean install. I have a 250gb ssd which i have installed win 10 to and i've got a 1TB and a 2TB hdd, tried playing videos from all storages doesn't seem to have an effect. The stutter only occurs on the philips tv on the LG it plays smoothly. I'v tried changing the energy usage settings in both nvidia and windows to performance. The mouse movement is slower and more stuttery on the philips, when i play videos the cursor gets really stuttery but works fine if i move it to the other screen. Games play normally on both screens.
