win 10 upgrade says my i7 860 processor is unsuitable why is this?

when i tried to upgrade to win 10 wizard reported by procesor was unsuitable
this is an intel I7 860 2.8Ghz does tis mean it is faulty

Have a look at this and then follow their advice, but in the meanwhile your computer is fine.
