Win 10 uses all of the RAM after about an hour of working

Hi,
I recently updated windows to newest version(1803, compilation 17134.345), I did that because Forza Horizon 4 require that. I haven't been updating my OS for 2 years, because of situations like this. So my problem is that after about an hour from booting I can use my PC with absolutely now problem at all, play games and everything, but after an hour RAM usage jumps to ~98%, it doesn't depend on what programs I run, usually my ram usage is about 4 GB when idle.
Anyone knows what's wrong?

i5 4590 3.3 Ghz
8GB RAM (4x2GB)
SSD 500GB Kingston
HDD 2TB Western Digital
GTX 1070 EVGA Superclocked
Gigabyte z97x gaming 3

Killer drivers well known for causing driver leaks and that is what you sound like you are experiencing

1809 build 17763.55 is actually newest version but you close and it only got released again this week... it had issues.
