Win 10 Weird Artifacting and Random Blue screens

Ive been having an issue since the weekend with my new(ish, I built it around Christmas) gaming pc. I have weird texture glitches (artifacting I believe its called, I may be wrong) and random blue screens form windows, I cant exactly remember which ones, but if you named one I could tell ya. Ive tested all my hardware, checked multiple OS's and the issue still persists. The only things I havent been able to test is my cpu and mobo. If someone could help me resolve this, that would be amazing.
My Build:
i7-6700k
Asus z170 pro gaming aura
EVGA GTX 1070 FTW
EVGA Superova 650 G2
2 TB western digital hhd (game drive)
512 Samgsung ssd
16 gb corsair vengeance

I also included a picture of some of the visual glitches. And Im new to trouble shooting on this level, Im going to need to be guided every step of the way.

One of the errors that I can remember is SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION, and if im not mistake something with like KMODE

Yeah that's GPU artifacting. System service exception can mean a ton of different things, one possibility is corrupt or improper display drivers, since you are seeing artifacting as well I would start there. Are you sure you have the correct and latest drivers for your 1070?

Have you tested that 1070 on another system with another OS? If so did it work fine then?

Yeah, the drivers are up to date, but when I took out the 1070 to see if it was my gpu, even with just the intel on board graphics I had the same issue

Really? Then I haven't got a clue whats causing that. You tried a clean install of a different OS and it did the same thing? Has it been doing this since you built the PC?

Tried a fresh install of win 10, tried loading up ubuntu but I dont know enough about it to deem stuff abnormal. Tried an older hard drive with win 10 on it, nothing. I do have an ssd with win 7, but I doubt anything will change.

Thanks very much, I havent had a blue screen in a while, knowing my luck one will happen now, but I suppose thats a good thing. So I cant give any more examples of those right now unfourtainitly

Got another example of weird graphical errors, here on the battle net launcher, there are some textures that are just missing, I can still click on the blank space and switch games, but no visuals http://prntscr.com/egx6ii

Update: Battlenet crashed while installing OW

One thing you could do is get the dump file for the blue screen and post it, might help us narrow it down. Should be in C:\Windows\Minidump. More detailed instructions in this link below.

What do I do with the .dmp files? Upload em here? Just open it with a word program?
