Win 10 weird issue...

My laptop Asus N56JR WIN 10, a day after the cleaning hardware for my laptop, I notice when I try to change the wallpaper it appear black background, start button is not working either. The old shortcut of some software also not working as well, I have to recreate a new shortcut for it.
