[SOLVED] Win 11 - Cursor blinking

Hello,
my cursor is blinking all the time, every 5 seconds, like something is reading or working in the background, can anyone guess how to stop this?
I've installed Windows 11 recently and started this bug that's kinda annoying.

Me not having win 11 myself makes knowing what steps work and what don't, fun...

Next are instructions for 10, things have moved around in 11 so this might not work.
Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.

it could be a driver, could try updating them.

Have you tried reinstalling the mouse drivers?

It usually helps.)
