I just got my Win 11 box up and running (thank you PersonWhoShallRemainAnonyous). Had to wait on a miniDP adapter.
Built the USB direct from the Win 11 MCT, installation was pretty much just like 10.
Just as with any Windows OS change, there are differences.
This change looks like much less than previous ones. Any rational person...a day to get used to it.
The visual differences going from10 to 11 are much less than the differences going from 7/8/8.1 to 10.
Taskbar in the middle?
In Taskbar settings, there is the option to move that to the left. A single click to change.
And in any case, I use applications, not the OS. 'Windows' stays in the background.
I see zero compelling need to change an existing Win 10 box to 11. And especially if major hoops need to be jumped through to make it happen.
My current Win 10 boxes shall remain Win 10 for the forseeable future.
Thankfully, I am not afflicted with GHIN Syndrome.
Parts:
Ryzen 5 5600X
Gigabyte 550M Aorus Pro
32GB RAM
1TB MX500
Radeon Pro WX 3200
Corsair RM850
Corsair H100iRGB AIO
