Win 2000 Pro License Authenticity

Bought a Dell at auction, it comes with no OS installed but comes with Win 2000 Pro License Authenticity. How do I translate the license authenticity into a working OS for my unit??

Borrow a CD from a friend. Provided it is Windows 2000, preferably the OEM version, there isn't a legal issue. The machine has a valid licence for it presumably, notably that sticker.

I guess it means that the CD Key you see on the license sticker you can use to install a copy of win 2k pro.
