win 2k and creator

since I installed win 2k have not been able to use my cd creator. I have the roxio 5.0 platinum version. I uninstalled the version I already had in my hd and reinstalled it. still having problems, it tells me that windows can not find the cd creator engine, but it is in the same folder!. I also have a problem with the sound, it worked fine in me, but it will not work in 2k. somebody help me please!!!!!!
