win 32 downloding progrem error

if i download any program throught net the program never download why is this

Can you be more specific? By "the program never downloaded", do you mean the file is not showing up where you downloaded it, or are you getting an error while it's downloading and it fails? Do you know where the file is downloading to, like your Desktop, Downloads, or somewhere else on your hard drive?
