My desktop few weeks ago was working perfectly and I decided to install kali linux on vmware. 2 weeks later I powered on my pc and it would get stuck on the win 7 loading screen or on the loading drivers screen on safe mode, couldn't repair from usb/cd or restore, I can only open bios. Please help

Solution
Give specs on PC, make/model or MB, hdd, GPU ...

You said you "couldn't repair from usb/cd or restore, I can only open bios." Does this mean your PC will not boot off a USB or CD? If you can, but can't boot from the hdd, you may have lost your hdd. Does the BIOS show any bootable drives? If it does, try booting with only one stick of RAM; switch the RAM sticks if the first one doesn't work.
