win 7 ask for password on second boot screen f8 and f12 doesn't work

A few days ago I tried boot up. But the second screen wants a password. I never had a password to start my cpu. I tried f8 and f12 makes no diffrence it keeps going to the same screen. I've had this cpu a dell optiplex 780 with 2 terabite hard drive (referbished) for 6 months now and besides a few bugs now and that i was able to fix, this is the worst. I can't even get in to my cpu. Please any ideas on what I can do to fix this.
