Win 7 does not recognize my domain name

Hello,
I have Wordpress installed in a server. When I type my domain name on the browser to login Worldpress nothing happens. It is like Win 7 does not recognize the domain name. When I do the same thing in Win Vista or XP it works OK

Are all of those separate computers or the same one with multiple OSes installed? All on the same network and configuration? Same IP range? Server internal to the network? Can you type in the IP of the server and get to the page by IP instead of name?
