Question Win 7 keeps restarting after instaling new gpu drivers

Hello so today i've build a new pc and i've installed win 7 64 bit, then i installed amd lastest driver for my gpu and after the system reboot, my pc will keep restarting after 10 sec of runnig in windows. I ve also tried clean install and didn t work.Also with old drivers it s working fine. I don understand what might be the problem.
CPU: I5 4590
RAM: 12 GB DDR3
GPU:RX 580 asus strix
MOBO: Z97 MSI PC MATE

have you tried running the system without the graphics card?

after a lot of testing the problem was the motherboard, i ve installed the latest bios and it works just fine
