Win 7 languages?

I know Win7 Ultimate comes with additional languages, but does Win7 Pro come with any other than English (or the language you purchase it in)? I haven't been able to find any information over this and I like having other languages available to me on my computer. I'd rather not have to purchase another program when most langauage IME's have been free in the past.

There's a difference between the IMEs and the interface language. The IME lets you enter foreign-language text like Japanese into an English-language copy of windows (as an example). But the menus, dialogue boxes, help files, etc. etc. for all of the programs on the system are still in English.

According to this web page, there will be Language Packs available for Home Premium and Home Professional for 35 different languages (although what languages isn't mentioned) - those will change most the language of most of the user interface.
