I have a Dell XPS 8700 which did not come with an OS installation disk. The OS on the machine is licensed and I have the 25 alpha / numeric Product Key. Dell informs me that they no longer sell OS installation disks. Can I use an OEM installation disk and use the Product Key to keep support from MS?

I doubt so. OEM disks are different from the retail ones. Microsoft hasn't made their policies very clear yet. Anyway, you can always ask forums for help.

No. You should not have customer support from Microsoft as it is. Software updates and such are included, but actual tech support from Microsoft is not included in OEM versions of the software, be it from Dell or Microsoft directly.

All what you have is licensed OS, nothing else. It will update as retail, support you can get here.
