Why did you run startup repair?
How many physical drives you've got in your system? Can you provide a screenshot of BIOS?
You may need to use some data recovery tool for DOS mode, so you can recover the data stored on the drive. Alternatively, you can attach the drive as a secondary one to another computer and transfer it.
After that, you can test the drive with a tool that can provide a SMART report. Once again, you can use a DOS mode one.
