Win 7 wont boot with AMD r9 200 Drivers.

Okay, here's the story. When I boot into Win 7 and login, There's always either a Black screen or a Light blue screen (Doesn't look like BSOD). The only time it boots is when I have the AMD drivers uninstalled or when Win 7 is in safe mode. Its booted before, and now...

I've posted this before in the Win 7 section, but nobody replied, I hope to find people with more knowledge in the Graphics section, because this is a Graphic's card related problem.

Note: When the drivers are installed, There's blue and red lines everywhere in the Login screen.

Here are my Specs:

AMD 8350
Sapphire R9 280X/HD7970
Asrock Extreme3 970 R2
Some 750W Gold PSU from Cooler master.

Have you disabled AMD onboard graphics drivers in bios?
Set up your bios for the new dedicated gpu?
Had a look at device manager?

I am pretty sure that system does not have any onboard GPU.

You say it worked before? Is the GPU still vovered by warranty?

I heard somewhere the r9 280x has to be the first card in crossfire
