Win 7 x86 to Win 8 x64 crashes during install

When I'm trying to upgrade my Win7 x86 to Win8 x64 it simply resets my PC
1. I reset my computer in order to boot pendrive
2. I'm getting a Window Icon loading screen
3. The blue screen with sad face appears for a second (all can I gather up is that they're saving the data and restarting PC)
Where can I find that and what should I do?

Hi Dulet
Are you trying to do a clean install, or are you starting the process from within Windows 7.
You cannot do a direct upgrade from a 32-bit OS to a 64-bit OS. To install a 64-bit OS, you need to do a clean install.

Yup if you want 64 bit you'll have to format the hdd and start again
