[WIN 8.1] AMD Radeon HD 7600 Series Omega (14.12) Driver Problem

I'm having trouble updating my AMD Radeon HD 7600M series graphics card to the latest driver. I have a Sony VAIO SVE14A3V1E, with fully updated Windows 8.1. I've tried deleting all my drivers by first uninstalling regularly, and then using the Display Driver Uninstaller. When I install the latest driver after deleting all of them, I get an error (Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)). I tried to re install it multiple times, to no avail. I also get this error. The Sony website has no updated drivers on their website, the one I could find was released in 2013.

sony does not allow to installed generic drivers

I fixed it myself, I downloaded and installed modded drivers. They work perfectly.
