Win 8.1 Pro BSOD ntoskrln.exe

Hello there.So 2 days ago i reinstalled my windows.i have 8.1 Pro x64.my previous version was win 7 x64.So today i got my first blue screen involving ntoskrln.exe while playing Diablo 3.Can you guys help me out?

Check your memory with any free software, update your drivers to the latest version and uninstall and reinstall your antivirus. This should fix it.

Will do.point is that i've been getting this when i had win 7 too,along with several BSOD's.checked my memory too with memtest,and it was looking fine.i'm using the same antivirus i used then tho',NOD32 8 Antivirus.But i will try your methods.
