Win 8.1 Pro OEM vs Full Retail - Are both same barring support?

Yes, OEM and Retail exactly the same except for support, as you will be the System Builder using the OEM version you are expected to provide Support to the end user, i.e. yourself...and you can install on as many PCs as you wish, long as only one at a time... you will probably have to activate over the phone after the 1st activation (which is automatic) as it will look like you're trying to install on more than one PC.
