Win 8.1 tablet gaming?

So i have win 8.1 tablet and it have 513MB intel gen7 HD graphics.. Ki da cheap.
I want to know can i play some games on it? Like half life and cs 1.6
Anyone know some good virtual on screen gamepad? Not physical gamepad
Any good touch friendly win 8.1 games? I like racing and FPS games

It is a Estar Beauty HD 7 windows 8.1
I know cheap but i don't care. Next year i will need a laptop but budget will be 600 euro

Counter strike will run but not without a keyboard and mouse. Touch games? I like asphalt 8.
