Win NT Temp Folder

Just a quick question:

Single hard disk drive, 2 partitions. C: Drive (FAT 16)
is boot partition, OS is NT 4. D: Drive (NTFS) is just a
data storage volme. Does NT automatically create a
D:\Temp folder, or would that folder be user created?
