Win.xp home: BSOD STOP ERROR

Hello,
I tried to re-install win.xp home on a used 80 gb hard drive that didn't any o/s on it. now i get BSOD stop error:0x0000008e. (0xC0000005;0x95189A8;0xF90D275C;0x00000000)***Setup dd.sys-addresss F95189A8 base at F94F1000,Date stamp:411078f end od error.

The hard drive could be bad, or your memory could be bad. Those are the most likely problems.
