Win XP Mode ; antivirus ? windows update ?

running win7 64 bit and running "win XP Mode"

must i install a antivirus program on/in XP mode ?

must i run windows update on/in XP mode?

and for the second part , (in case anyone else needs to know )

windows updates must also be run for XPmode/Virtual Comptuer (while running Win7)
