Win10 automatic repair loop

Hi guys,

Hoping someone can help here. I'm not sure this is the correct section as I've ruled out the software side of things.

So... I've had Win10 since the free upgrade from Win7, and any updates have always went smoothly. I started getting the automatic repair loop a month or so ago - My pc would just randomly reset and go to the BSOD. At first I just restarted it a few times and it came back on, but only for an hour or 2 before doing it again. This continued until now it pretty much does it all the time; if it's not after 20 mins, it's straight away - often I cannot even log in to the desktop at all.

I've tried everything I've seen from googling day and night...

Updated all my drivers
Updated BIOS
Reset the PC to before latest windows updates
Ran Hardisk check - all green, no errors
Used MEMTest86+ with 8 passes
Took out each individual stick on RAM and tried in different slots
Took out all USB devices/tried wired KB
Reinstalled Windows 10 completely by wiping my full HD

Testing GPU:

I don't have onboard graphics so couldn't just take my external GPU out, however I have tested it on my family member's PC, and it work's no problem for a few hours - so the GPU seems to be fine?

I built the PC about 2 years ago and haven't had any problems before - nor have I ever, any time I've built a PC in the past. Is there any way to check if it's the PSU or MB without replacing it? My PSU is different watt than the unit I tested my GPU on, so that may not been worth doing that.

Thanks for any suggestions!

My build:

PSU - Corsair VS550 ATX/EPS Vs Series 550W
MB: Asus m5a97
RAM - Corsair Vengeance Pro Series 16GB (2x8GB) DDR
GPU - Sapphire Radeon HD 5450 1GB DDR3
OS HD - Sandisk SSD 120GB
2nd HD - 2x 500GB SSD (disconnected until I fix the prob)
Tower - Fractal Design Define R5

Solution
stress test psu using occt and gpu-z rendering to stress test gpu with this use hwinfo on sensor page to check temp ,voltages and fans speed of your parts in system .
