Win10 blackscreen + flickering taskbar

Waking up making coffee booting up pc. Everything fine until I put my PIN. It gets past the sign in screen and then boom: just a black screen (with the cursor being old windows style) and the taskbar flickering every 2-3 seconds. No idea what happened. The thing is the only solution I found is getting into safe mode to enable admin user and creating new user but I really want to keep it as is. Any idea what I should do?

Pc specs:
Asus P8H61-ML X
Intel Core i5 2320
Asus GeForce GT 430
Kingstone 4GB RAM
Win10 Pro x64 (updated for free back in 2016 no clean install)

if creating a new windows profile is the only solution, then follow it up with this to migrate your profile.

@marksavio Well I have just started a restore to go before the last update windows did, as I think it might be the fault. If this doesn't work I will go with the new user method. Thanks for providing the link though!

@marksavio Restoring did nothing, just fixed it by following the instructions on the link you gave. Thanks a lot again!
