[SOLVED] Win10 Disk Management - delete?

I was trying to create a partition on an external hard drive using Win10 Disk Management. It didn't ultimately do what I wanted (long story), so I right clicked on teh external hard drive, with the Windows Management tool, pressed Delete and now I can't see the external drive in Windows Management or File Explorer.

I have restarted several times and re-connected external hard drive. Win10 recognises the drive becasue I can hear the connection and there is an option in the tray to Eject it but I can't access it in File explorer ?!?

Any thoughts on I can get my external hard drive back?

I'm just after the drive .. happy to have lost the data

urgh .. I cant figure out how to post a screencap .. I'm such a newb ... basically - the external hard drive was showing in the Device Management window and then I right clicked and selected delete and now has dissappeared ;(

The Disk 1 is the device in question?

Right click on that Unallocated space. What options does it give you?

Right-click on unallocated space and Create a new simple volume.

If I select New Simple Volume it goes to a wizard asking me to create a simple volume on a disk ?
