I followed this guide (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-transfer-windows-10-license-new-computer-or-hard-drive) to prepare the key for migration

When I go on settings to "activate" it, I get the error: 0x803FA067

Key important things about the key:
- The system didn't come with WIN 10; It had WIN8 first, which was then upgrade to WIN10
- The key is genuine. I bought the computer brand new. I also checked the key before uninstalling it to confirm it is full vers retail.
