I converted my HP Elite 8200 CMT from Win7 to Win 10 when it looked safe to do, and it worked until this year's major update. I had an ATI Radeon 5450 graphics card to support dual monitors. And ever since the Win10 anniversary update, problems started, in the end causing my webcam and printer not to want to work anymore either.
I ordered a new Radeon R7 250 card, but it requires a 400W PSU, and this machine only has 320W. I have a 450W ATX PSU from another machine, but the connectors on the HP are custom, not standard ATX. I am looking for suggestions besides going back to Win7, or buying a new machine altogether. The highest graphics the machine can supposedly support with that PSU is Radeon HD6570, and that is not certified for Win10 either.

Solution
buy the cable kit on ebay, you can use an ATX PSU in your case with a little TLC.

No worries for the card, you can also go with a GTX 1050Ti or a GTX750Ti which both have a TPD of 75 W if your budget fits.
