win10 notification ads popups

ive been getting those unwanted ad notifications on win10.unwanted ads which has to do with bitcoin ads,casinos and porn dating sites.basically unwanted ads.

and yes I have been downloading some mp3 files from mp3 juices which most likely is the cause of the issue.

ran some scans and didn't pick up anything.what could this be exactly?

Solution
You could try scanning with MalwareBytes and even ComboFix but in a really serious situation, a clean start is he best fix.

Try sme Ad Blockers as Add-Ons to your browser. Ghostery, uBlock Origin and AdBlocker+ but if the ads are based in your system, they won;t block everything.

Disconnect from the Net and copy your personal folders then paste them on to another drive. Scan that drive immediately upon connecting to a different computer to catch anything that might have gone along with the ride.
