Question Win10 partition that cant be accessed?

I have a problem with an external drive called "WD Elements". Not sure if this is even a correct place to ask but im out of ideas.

The ( D: ) drive can be accessed but the main portion of the drive is locked?
I cant really delete the partition because it has valuable stuff on it.

Assign a drive letter to 931GB partition.
How did you use this drive before? How did you access data on it before?

seem you have not assigned a Drive letter for it (like the D:\ at the 3rd partition), right click on the main partition and assign it a letter. you should see it in My computer / This PC then
