Win10 power button shut down users

Every time i try to shut down from the lock screen it says other user still logon do u want to shutdown anyways? Is there a way to disable this message, i dont care if other people are still logon. Would like to just hit the power button and it shut down no matter what

The only solution that I know of:
Is to do a hard power down. (Which isn't good for the computer.)
Press and hold the power button until the system turns off. (Note: This should NEVER be done unless your system is completely locked up.)
