Question win10 pro not booting from hard drive but booting from bootable usb pen drive

I did install win10 pro from bootable pen drive after successful install from usb drive it is not booting from hard disk but when i restarting and press F12 key and selecting usb storage device as showing in when press F12 key so it is running windows 10 which i did install. but when I unplug so it is not running OS .
please help me .

Did you try changing the default boot device and the boot priority in your BIOS?

yes i did but not booting when i enable UEFI Mode .& when i enable legacy external device so hard disk drive is not showing it showing only below-
1- Diskeete Drive
2- usb storage device
3- cd/dvd/cd-rw Drive

when I see on system information under BIOS so it's showing hard drive & when I plugged bootable usb pen drive that time it is running win 10 which i installed from usb pen drive
