[SOLVED] Win10 update free or not???

Hi guys,

I was trying to install update 1903 and still cant (in updatw history says failed update)
But when i used troubleshoot, it suggested to me to do download all updates again, and in the end of message there was a line:
You may incur cost , and something about my network provider

So im afraid that my network bill will be bigger.
And i have unlimited network(GB) per month packet.

So will i have some aditional charges???

And one more thing
Even if my laptop failed to install that update 1903,
and in windows update section, there is message "your device is up to date"( so nothing is downloading)
I experience problem with slow network if my laptop is connected to network, so if u disconect laptop from network or just turn off laptop, my network starts working normally again.
Idk what is causing this, but it makes using laptop with network poinless
Do u have some idea what is causinf this problem???

you plug in the laptop on lan cable could you try another one also see if you could use a wi-fi usb pen drive to get the net in the same time as computer is on lan .
