Win10 wont boot after cloning after a month

i bought a samsung 850 evo M.2 250gb ssd for my acer laptop with 2tb hhd to replace with so it will become much faster. i used the samsung data migration software to clone the hhd to the ssd. it completed the cloning and it boot properly even when i remove the hhd. But after a month of using without any problem now it says No Bootable device found. i check the bios it still recognize the ssd. can i still retrieve the files in my ssd? or made it Bootable again?

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB << just a boot device

this is all going on assumption to ssd still works, and windows somehow lost it.

i already try the bootable usb. win 10 wont install becoz of the compatibility report for win installation media and i cant use the usb to retrieve my files in troubleshooting options or even format the ssd in the win 10 custom installation option.
