While I can start File Explorer. Lately, If I actually go into it. The Task Bar suddenly disappears. The only way I get the Task Bar to reappear is:

1. Right-Click in File Explorer
2. Select Properties

So, Why is the Task Bar behaving like this in File Explorer?

TIA

It could be due to a corruption in your OS. Did this happen after an update for the OS took place? If yes, try and perform a system restore to a prior point when you didn't notice the issue.

Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

It was the $20k question, but. Apparently, All I needed was a reboot with an update, because. The problem is gone.👍
