Question Win11 not updating, giving me 0x800703ee code.

windows update has told me that i can now update to win11, i meet all requirements. but when i try to update after a while i get the message "we cant tell if your pc is ready to update" and the error code 0x800703ee. Ive tried DISM and SFC, SFC said there was some corrupted files but they had been resolved
 
  1. Press the Windows Key + I to open Settings.
  2. Choose Update & Security.
  3. Select the Recovery tab from the left pane.
  4. Scroll down and click the Restart Now button under the Advanced Startup section and follow on-screen instructions to open the Recovery menu.
  5. Under the Choose an Option section, select Troubleshoot.
  6. Next, select the Advanced Settings option.
  7. On the Advanced Options screen, choose the Start-up Setting option.
  8. Click the Restart option under Start-up Settings.
  9. After the PC restarts, you will have multiple numbered options.
  10. Select option 4 to Enable Safe Mode. Press the 4 key on your keyboard to select the option.
  11. After the PC restarts in Safe Mode, go ahead and try installing the update to see if the issue is resolved.

After step 5 the only option I have is uefi firmware settings.
