Win2000 minimum install?

What is the absolute minimum install for Win2000 Pro? I'm installing this on a 1.4Gb hard drive for testing purposes only so I can study it for the MCSE exams. My system has a P133 and 40MB RAM. Are these specs suffiecient just to get the OS loaded? Speed is not an issue (it'll be slow anyway, I know).
