win2k boot problem

Need some help on this one, guys. Trying to boot into win2k lately and all i get is a few icons on taskbar, no desktop..just bluescreen. If I move cursor to taskbar arrow changes to the "loading" symbol..and just stays there.

Well, the first thing I would do is remove all cards except video, make sure bios is set correctly (no OC) and try to boot to desktop in safe mode (hit F8 when booting after bios post screen).
