Win2k Deleted Files!

Hello

On Win2k Professional, if a user deletes a file off a Win2k Server, is there
anyway to recover it. Does it get held in a temporary "recycle bin"
somewhere for any period of time?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Deleting a file over the network does not send the file to *any* recycle
bin.
